Perfect for family reunions or for families and friends vacationing together. The 4300 square foot, two-story layout allows everyone to spread out comfortably. Amazing!!!

This wonderful home was Amazing! The owners were so great to work with. Very clean, plenty of room for our party of 8. The views were spectacular and the hot tub was a nice plus after our long day hikes. This home located in a quiet neighborhood so you can get the true island feel. If and when we ever come back, this home will be our home away from home for sure!

This is a very nice home for vacation. Well stocked kitchen helps a lot when preparing home meals. Nice hot tub. Beautiful Views, nice areas to walk including the beach. Princeville has a lot to offer, and close to Hanalai .

We enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous Villa Lauloa. Quiet neighborhood and the home was beautiful. We loved the lanai, big BBQ and the kitchen worked well for a big group. It was nice to have beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and bikes at our disposal so that we did not have to rent. We will be saving our pennies to come again and would definitely stay at Villa Lauloa. Mahalo!

Best vacation experience ever. House is perfect for large family. Every thing is first class. No need to bring snorkel equipment or beach towels. Location could not be better. We would definitely come back. There is no comparison between renting a home like this and staying in a hotel. Have fun!

This house was amazing! Worked perfect. We married on the island and the house was so accomodating for all the family. Was really great that everyone had their own space but could still socialise. We had 12 people in the house and it didnt feel like we were triping over eachother which is quite a feat! I look forward to returning one day as it was such a welcoming house. Our stay was very pleasant. The home was very clean and had all the extra water toys for our grandchildren. It was comfortable and was large enough to accomadate our large family without stepping on each other. I would recommand this home to anyone who has a lot of people in their party.

we stayed at villa lauloa for our wedding vacation to kauai. it was perfect! not only was it beautiful with gorgeous views of bali hai, but there was plenty of room to entertain in the fantastic kitchen/living room. everyone had plenty of space. mahalo for sharing your beautiful home
