"The "Princeville Golf Home" is located on the most exclusive and most beautiful gated street in all of Princeville. In fact, it is the only gated street in all of Princeville for single family homes. This amazing million dollar +, 2 story, 3 bedroom (sleeps 8), 2 1/2 bath luxury 3400 square foot executive home sits right on the 8th fairway of the Prince Golf Course (previously voted "Best Golf Course in Hawaii") and has great views of both the ocean and gorgeous mountains that you will spend hours just admiring.

Just a quick 15 minute walk down the tropical trail near the house will land you at the famous Anini Beach. Most often when you arrive you will easily be able to find a whole section of beach just for yourself. Anini Beach is one of the most protected beaches with calm waters and great snorkling.

This amazing executive home has travertine and hardwood floors, a huge gorgeous gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter tops and brand new stainless GE Monogram appliances. The large livingroom has raised 12ft ceilings, wood burning fireplace, wall mounted 42" LCD TV, DVD and views galore.

Just off the kitchen and living room is a very cool and comfortable reading room with garden views . There are 2 beautiful large bedrooms, all with LCD TV's and large closets downstairs, 1 1/2 baths all with marble and granite counter tops, a laundry room, large entry way and a 2 car garage.

For Sportsmen, we have outfitted the house with free use of the following so when you arrive, you are ready to have family fun without the hassle and cost of renting equipment....a $100 a day savings: Bicycles, Snorkles, Boogie Boards, Golf Clubs, beach towels and free use DVD library.

The huge...and we mean huge...appx. 1300 square foot master bedroom occupies the whole second floor. A beautiful koa wood stair case takes you up to the master suite that has its own fireplace, outdoor balcony, work desk, reading couch and of course a comfortable King sized bed. The beautiful large master bathroom that has a marble lined jetted tub area, shower, toilet, bidet and expansive large walk in closet. A LCD TV and direct high speed internet desk is a great escape from the other guests. .
