Gorgeous 4 bedroom luxury home on the magnificent North Shore of Kauai. Located in the resort area of Princeville, close to many pristine beaches, our home combines comfort and luxury with true island Aloha! Our home is fully equipped to provide our guests with a perfect tropical vacation. The 3,400 sq. ft. home is beautifully furnished and custom designed to create a feeling of a traditional Hawaiian plantation home. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. NEW LUXURY KING SIZE BED in master, 2 queen beds and 2 double bunk beds. Queen size sofa sleeper available and double futon. 2 portacribs available. Gourmet kitchen with cherry custom cabinets, granite and limestone counters, new top of the line appliances. Blender, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, rice cooker, toaster, mixer, walk-in pantry, dishware for 12, and everything you will need for gourmet cooking. Dining room seats 10. 2 beautiful lanais. Master bedroom opens to large lanai surrounded by tropical gardens, and with a large hot tub and outdoor shower! The upstairs lanai has beautiful views of the Namolokama mountians and waterfalls. Weber Gas BBQ and tools. Outdoor shower and sink. Quiet neighborhood, across from golf course. Bali Hai View! Large flat screen HDTV-LCD television in living room and 2 televisions in master bedrooms. DVD/VCR, stereo, high speed WIFI internet.

Area Information

Kauai is renowned as a destination of outstanding beauty. We are located close to many beaches within a short walk or drive. We are 1 block from Hanalei Bay Resort, with spectacular Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai views, fabulous dining, and open air cocktail lounge with live nightly Hawaiian music and entertainment. World class golf on the 3 Princeville courses, miles of hiking and bike trails, wild life refuge, botanical gardens, boogie boarding, surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, boat tours, ATV's or just watching the sunset over Bali Hai. The Princeville Resort Spa and health club is a few minutes away with tennis, aerobics, yoga, tai chi, and extensive spa services. For the adventurous, the 11 mile Kalalau Trail on the Na Pali Coast beckons. The Princeville shopping center provides groceries, movie rentals, shops and dining.

Amazing vacation

We were awestruck at how beautiful the home was. I enjoyed cooking in the huge kitchen and relaxing in front of the television. The hot tub was perfect even though we only used it one. There was a vast array of beach items we could use. It really is a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Kauai. We loved every minute of our stay here.

We stayed here for our 10 day stay on Kauai. We have been to the island several times but this time were traveling with another family. This house was so perfect! Clean, fully equipment and very comfortable. It is a great location! You can tell the owners take extra care and there is a pride of ownership here. Thanks for the fabulous accomodations! Beautiful home with amazing grounds!

We had such a great stay at this home! We rented the guest home as well and the pictures of the entire property don't so this place justice. The pool and hottub were such a bonus especially with children. The guys loved to play football in the huge yard. E erymoening we would pick oranges for fresh squeezed orange juice. All the rooms were big and comfortable. If we come back to princeville we will def stay here again!

What a Wonderful Place, Can't Wait to Return!

What a FIND! We had a very enjoyable stay. This house is set up perfectly for a large family or several families for that matter. What an ideal location with all the bells and whistles one could hope for. If you're a cook, It's all there and plenty of room to gather enjoy a nice glass of wine and chat about the adventures of the day whiole to cooks slave in the kitchen. We found all we needed to hit the beach, snorkle, go for a bike ride or just relax and watch a movie or read a book. The patio was well equipped with a great hot tub, fregrant flowers and of course the orange tree not to mention being very private. No need to bring towels,they have plenty. I think we added a few things to your collection. SO, to sum it up! You can't go wrong with this place. We have rented many times, and this is well described, well equipped, clean and comfortable and the owners are a pleasure to work with. Did I mention the 5 minute walk to a very private and beautiful beach didn't hurt anything either. OH! No need to hit Costco. I love to cook and was so pleased that the marked one mile away had everything we needed and was suprisingly reasonable. WE WIll Return!!! Thanks for the great experience.

This home is with everything you would ever hope to need on a vacation.Toys,bikes,beach towels,boogie boards,hot tub and a fully equiped kitchen.Plenty of room to spread out and socialize on both levels. The 2 bikes provided even made a round trip to Tunnels Beach out beyond Hanalei....17 miles total! The owners are thorough and helpful in any requests and Kauai is awesome!!! Aloha and Mahalo!
