The upstairs lanai has great sunrise views for the early risers, plus it gets cool trade breezes in the afternoons and is the ideal spot for relaxing with a cool drink and enjoying the panoramic views. And when you are ready for a swim, jacuzzi or want to use the big gas BBQ, you are only a 20 second walk from the front door!
The villa is furnished with high quality furnishings in a Hawaiiana theme Beautiful porcelain tile through the upper level, new plush carpet undeer your toes in the Master Bedrooms. . Because the owner stays there often, it is furnished for comfort and style with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. For your convenience there is a 1-car garage and a washer and dryer in the villa. We also have free Wireless Highspeed Internet access for use by our guests.

We had a great time staying a the villa. The place was very clean, well maintained with Hawaiian touches. The location was very quiet right across from the pool and BBQ with the mountains and waterfalls in the background in front of the villa. Thanks for a memorable time! We loved our stay in this wonderful condo on the golf course! It was bright, comfortable, spacious and the perfect place for the 6 of us to come "home" to and relax after a busy day exploring Kauai. The pool, hot tub & BBQ are just steps away, and were great as well. The island is beautiful -- And although the weather wasn't great during our visit, we'd love to go back!

We had a fine two weeks at this townhome, #8 as its address. The unit was spacious, well stocked with kitchen needs, linens, play things for the beach and games for indoor fun. The views from both front and back were spectacular - especially the sights of the sun rising as viewed out the living area windows. The well maintained swimming pool is close to the unit and fine beaches for swimming and surfing are in a short driving distance. Our son and daughterin-law and their two young children joined us for a very special visiting time. We have been truly spoiled by our stay in this Villa.

We've stayed in many different condos on Kauai and this is the best - the furniture is comfortable, all the amenities are provided and the layout of the condo is perfect for one couple or several people sharing the cost. The location is ideal. We'll go back without any doubt!

(3/12 - 3/23/06) I have been meaning to send you an email to let you know how much we enjoyed your place. It was more than we had expected from the photos and the description. We were really impressed. So, despite the weather...we felt completely happy to just laze about the vacation home. Your location was also exceptional -- and so handy for us with the children. The fact that there were two master suites couldn't have been better for us with my mom along -- and the bedroom upstairs with the twin beds -- trust me, we were so at home and not falling all over each other. I am so pleased to have found this property and everything was in its place and ready as you had specified. The key being dropped off at the rental car place was equally convenient. Thank you again...and yes, we will most definitely be back and recommend you with ease to others.

This villa surpassed our expectations. The pictures accurately display this clean and spacious home. It's also located in Princeville - the best place to stay in Kauai. What a bargain! Our stay was in November, 2005. We recommend it to everyone!
