Description of the Progreso vacation home rental

A very comfortable beachfront home "Caglez" located in Progreso Port, Yucatan. Just 3 kms. west side of Main Pier; we have the widest, tranquil beach and shallow water of Progreso coast. This beachfront home was built on a land of 1,000 mts.2, all in one level floor.
It's all furnished, has four bedrooms with the following beds: One king, one queen, one double, and two single beds. (Three bedrooms with air-conditioned), all the house with ceiling fans, four bathrooms, living an dining areas, equipped kitchen, hot water in kitchen and showers, bed linens and towels provided, covered terrace with hammock hooks, covered carport for two cars, Propane/charcoal BBQ, 7x4 Meters tiled pool, pool bar, launge chairs, telephone for incoming calls and to be used with a prepaid phone card for long distance calls, high speed internet, satellite television, DVD, laundry room with iron, iron board and laundry machine, large safety box, and house alarm system. Property is all fenced.

The property is located 3 kms. from the Main Square Progreso center, on a peaceful neighborhood. Public transportation passes a few blocks away. Progreso town has all major banks, two supermarkets (Bodega Aurrera (Wall Mart)and San Francisco), good restaurants and shopping.
In case that my property "Caglez" is not available, I'll find you a beachfront private property in Progreso, Chicxulub Port or Uaymitun for you. Properties that I manage and belong to my friends and neighbors.

• Deposits: A downpayment of the rent is required to comfirm booking, remaining of total rent on your arrival day in usd cash. A refundable security deposit of $200 usd is required to be paid on arrival day. The monthly rent is for a month period (January, February, etc.), taking days of one month and days from the other month, it can be charged as a weekly rent. It's cheaper to rent the month and arrive whenever you want. Rates are subject to change without notice, unless reservation comfirmed.
   
• Other Fees: House and pool cleaning fee $50 usd. per service one day a week. Satellite TV and Internet fees $50 usd. each a month. $20 usd each a week. Air-conditioned is not paid in the rental fee.(It is rarely necessary to use Airconditioned in winter time). The house is well ventilated. Transportation from Merida to the beach house $50 usd.(two pax.) Long term rental or lease from three months or more $1,500 usd. Utilities not paid.
