Every bedroom has it's own AC unit, kitchen is newly redone with granite countertops, new appliances and is extremely roomy. Beautiful pool, and terraces to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Large living room area as well as dinning. The house has two covered parking spaces, new bathrooms, new tile through out the house as well as art work and wonderful decor that will make you want to relax the moment you come in.
The house has 24 hrs service and the rent includes house keeping, pool and grounds maintenance, as well as linen and towel service. You will always have the comfort to know that the house keepers live on the grounds (separate to the house) and can assist you with almost anything you need. The house has flat screen TV'S equiped with satelite (cnn, HBO, cinemax and over 200 chanels), wireless internet and phone service available.
Progreso is only a 5 minute drive where you can have easy access to the market, restaurants, shopping and much more.
