The large terrace leading to the overflowing private pool is ideal for alfresco dinning. The modern kitchen is equipped for homemade cooking. A complimentary welcome hamper is supplied with all bookings.
All the bedrooms have an en-suite toilet and shower. All bed linen, bathroom and pool towels are provided. 2nd week linen change is included.
While the adults are playing table tennis the children can enjoy playing with the video games found in the children 's room.
The property has a large beautiful garden, and the swing bed near the pond with the running water makes this the ideal place for perfect relaxation.

The villa is found in the centre of Protaras within walking distance to the main strip here there are a variety of shops bars and restaurants to satisfy all needs.
Protaras is an active holiday resort surrounded by a beautiful coastline the crystal clear blue waters make it ideal for snorkelling, diving, and fishing there are many golden sandy beaches cliffs, sea caves, coves, and harbours to explore. Nearby is the famous fig tree bay beach with a vast range of water sports the area is ideal for hiking and walking not forgetting cycling.
The surrounding hills with the indigenous fauna and flora are an added interest for nature lovers. Opposite the villa the old picturesque chapel of Saint Elias can be enjoyed especially in the evening.
