The Esencia is perfect for guests who would like to come back to themselves thru being along with nature in serene pure and natural environment. Villa is located at fully gated estate of about 2.25acres of beautiful land along with 2 villas with in a miles distance. Our guests wouldn’t often find anybody on beach for days or any occasional boat crossing by. There is almost cool breezes, our guests are about 100ft from water edges and are surrounded by lushly greens. Beach is purely white soft sands and is 4miles away. Water is sparkling turquoise color, gentle and warm. Guests can spend hours in water. Sea is safe and shallow for kids. There is well maintained pool and a hot tub located amongst palms.

There are 2 villas at spacious 2.25acres estate. Villas are settles in significant distance part you the great home feel with privacy and comfort.
Villa Esencia
About 6000q ft villa along with 2 BR/2BA rental units and owners unit. Lay out is nicely designed: The Esencia #1 is located at North sides of villa and Esencia # 2 is south. Each unit is first level, located directly at beach. Furnished units features partial oceanic views from inside and ocean views from out side covered deck. Villa Esencia suits include the use of a Jeep.
Villa Wyakha
Villa Wyakha is a new 4-unit villa. Each 1br, 1bath unit is a spacious 550 sq feet. The two upstairs units have spectacular ocean views and the two first floor units have lovely views of the wild nature. The upstairs and downstairs units can be connected together to make a two-story, 2bed/bath townhouse. Our guests regularly tell us that the pictures do not do them justice. They are always happily surprised at view, the quality and the ambience.

Suites are quiet large and well stocked. All suites have 2bedrooms with 2king sized beds. Also there is option of second bed in other bedroom as kid’s bedroom. Additionally, living area sofa pull outs and can comfortably sleep 2guests for total possibilities to accommodate 7 guests. Esencia sits directly at beach in the Long Bay. The Long Bay is about 3miles white sands beach. It’s generally undeveloped along with long stretch of ocean fronting wild vegetation. Occasional estates along with some Island Styles older homes located between. It is nice , peaceful area along with low rate population density . About 5minutes short distance through car from the Grace Bay with local shops , restaurants and condominiums .
