Located in the quiet area of Long Bay Hills, in Providenciales, Eva’s View is perfect for vacationers who are overdue for some much needed space to rest and relax, privacy to focus on nothing important, and now its time to unplug and disconnect from the daily grind. Oh! Most importantly, you need to go somewhere with affordable accommodations that feels like home away from home. Well, Eva’s View is the ideal place for you!

Its an added piece of mind living here is, once home, there is no need to leave; you’ll have everything you need to your advantage. Eva's View Villa, is a total of 625 sq. ft space, enough to accommodate 1 or 2 people. It has a contemporary feel to it, vibrant fun colors! Enjoy a full kitchen, with everything you need to feel at home, high tech washer and dryer, a full bathroom, and oh, cozy up to your mate, on the 10 ft deck, which faces North Caicos and Pine Cay, and stands tall to enjoy the neighboring view while lounging out enjoying the sunset. The breeze will put you to sleep, the quiet will have you lost in your dreams.


- Other Fees: 11% Accommodation tax is added to total cost.

- $200 Refundable Security Deposit. Or will be added to cost at departure, depending on damages.

- Cancellations are accepted up to 60 days prior to arrival less a non-refundable $100 handling fee No refund will be made within 60 days of arrival. All renters are encouraged to purchase Travel Insurance.

- Cleaning service is available every wednesday, should you need additional, you will need to pay for that service separately.

- Air conditioning - $0 / day - Fee - Calculated and charged at end of stay

- 50% Deposit to confirm. 50% Balance 60 days prior to arrival. But, If you are booking less than 60 days from your check-in date, full payment needs to be made at time of booking.

Enjoy the attractions that are only minutes away, Mini Golf is the spot to enjoy karaoke every night, live band on thursdays and full moon party once a month or just sit and have a drink with friends or play a few rounds of mini golf on the course while watching the crowd enjoy themselves. Heaven Down Rock Dock is only a two minute drive to where the ferries and other boats meet, go Jet Skying, go fishing and more or take a boat ride to other neighboring islands like North and Middle Caicos, Parrot Cay or enjoy all the other water adventures by booking your day with one of the friendly local boat captains. We are also less than a 5-10 minute drive, to all the shops, doctors office, banks and grocery store in the nearby Grace Bay strip. Just plan your day full of fun, adventure and activities, then head back home to take in the sunset and enjoy the quiet before the breeze drifts you off to sleep.
