Description of the Providenciales vacation villa rental

Villa Alexandria is a stunning 4 Bed 3 Bath home on the canal in Leeward. Dark woods combined with Caribbean open plan layouts to create a true luxury vacation home. Oversize patio and pool with adjacent outdoor kitchen and bar allow you to entertain under the sun - the pool comes complete with kids water slide. Outdoor kitchen has a BBQ, Fridge & Sink. The canal frontage is 120' and the dock is 40' allowing for kayaking and fishing. The grounds are professionally landscaped and maintained to provide tropical ambiance. The downstairs master bedroom has a walk in closet and en suite bathroom. This bedroom directly accesses the deck. The upstairs master bedroom has its own balcony that overlooks the canal. The adjacent kids bedroom is very spacious, furnished to sleep 3, it too also has it's own balcony. The guest bedroom is situated on the east side of the house on the lower level and this too has an en suite bathroom. This bedroom opens out on to a gravel pathway that leads to the deck. The kitchen is designed with a chef in mind, top of the line appliances, ample storage and an island to allow you to cook and interact with guests as the dining room is accessible to the south and the living area to the west. The property is gated and walled on the north boundary. There is a green chain link fence to the west and the vegetation is so dense to the east as to be impassable. The winding driveway is graveled, there is a timber carport to the east covered in purple bougainvillea. The garage is 1.5 cars. To the rear of the garage is the laundry room with washer and dryer.
