Year round apartment Four rooms:kitchen(fully stocked),sitting room, bedroom with queen sized bed (linens and towels included), living room (high-end double sleep sofa),and large deck overlooking harbor with private stairs directly to the beach. Laundry facilities available in the building. Gas grill access. TV and wireless internet included. Labor Day Weekend, weeks in September, and off season weekends are also available.

Home is west of the Coast Guard Station and steps away from liquor store and high-end deli/bakery. Walk to center of town and supermarket, bike or ride the shuttle to Herring Cove Beach, or swim from beach below the deck. Boat rentals and shuttle service to the outer beach are a three minute walk. Walk or taxi to town's main pier for express boat shuttle to the airport in Boston. This small complex of a two family home and wharf with two cottages is one of the few remaining rentals representing "Old Provincetown". The complex is featured in books, paintings, and photographs. (Posters of this home are on sale in the town!) All of the amenities the town offers are within walking distance. Restaurants, galleries, fishing, sailing, kayaking, jet-skiing, unique boutiques, playgrounds, beaches (harbor, bay, and ocean),concerts, lectures, guided tours, and three museums.

For those who prefer to use taxis there are three 24 hour taxi services available to provide transportation all over our three mile-long town. Trolley tours and pedicabs are within a half mile. Shuttle bus services take you to bay beaches and the
outer beach. Boat, bus, and plane service to Boston.
