Description of the Provincetown vacation apartment rental
This is our largest condo and has a large great-room with living, dining and kitchen. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room and small TVs in two of the bedrooms.
All the rooms are large and you are on the second floor, accessed by a flight of stairs on the deck. (There is no elevator.) Two of the bedrooms have two twins that can be made into a king - let us know your wishes. There is a full-size bed in the third bedroom. There is a large dining table with six chairs and another dining table with chairs on your deck with a gazebo for shade and gas grill.
Area Information
With just two beach-front vacation condos and two water-view vacation condos, you feel like you are in your own home (away from home). Each apartment has its own entrance so there aren't dozens of people walking by your door — good for privacy. You can walk out of your apartment and go directly (without crossing any streets) to stroll a broad expanse of sand or swim right in the bay. This beach is very private and quiet because the Commercial Street stores block the bustle and the view of it.
By the early decades of the 20th century, the Provincetown had acquired an international reputation for its artistic and literary output. The Provincetown Players was an important experimental theater company formed during this period. It is now the most concentrated Artist Colony on the Eastern Seaboard. Our own complex has 3 art galleries and a photography studio.
For gay travel, Provincetown is currently a destination of choice during the week surrounding the July 4th holiday - with spectacular fireworks on the 4th. The mid-August week, Carnival, is another prime week, but for the four months of June through September, Provincetown is a place like no other.
It has the best resturants - and many of them - on Cape Cod, justly famous for seafood.
A bike ride through the dunes on a National Park bike path is a remarkable experience.
Sailing, boating and kayaking in the harbor is available with rented boats – and you kayaks can be stored on our beach.
A whale watch trip guarantees you will see whales, and deep-sea fishing trips are offered by over a dozen professional companies.
A favorite pastime is walking past the dozens of clothing shops, galleries, bookstores, gift shops, and furniture accessory stores on Commercial Street. They’re open from 10 in the morning to 11 at night.

Better than the description by far

Location was unimaginably beautiful and private. House well stocked, clean, and easy to maintain. Comfortable furniture in and out. We could not believe how lucky we were to find it.
