Description of the Provincetown vacation condo rental
The kitchen is fully stocked, has keurig, small espresso and regular coffee pots, as well as any routine kitchen items you will need. You do not need to bring your sharp knives, plastic wrap or any such items.
This space is available for weekly, monthly or seasonal rentals year round. Discounts provided for multiple week rentals. Saturday to Saturday rentals only during summer season. The daily rates are posted below for off season rentals.
Limit 4 persons. No pets per condo association reg, and no smoking allowed in condo or on shared deck. One parking space allowed.

A cozy condo in a perfect location

Each year, my partner and several of our friends travel to Ptown for my partner's birthday, which is also New Year's Eve. This was the first time four of us decided to rent a condo, and we made an excellent choice! Sarah was wonderfully responsive and kind leading up to and during our visit, and the rental rates were very reasonable. The condo itself is well-decorated, charming, and very cozy (especially on several cold, windy nights!). We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds, the electric fireplace, the ipod sound dock, and having more than one bathroom. The location of the condo is perfect. Right off of Bradford Street, it's close to Commercial Street and just steps away from Far Land and Napi's. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this condo.

This condo differs from so many Cape Cod cottages and apartments we have seen on the internet before our vacation: no chair covers, no discarded furniture, no kitsch. The bed was perfect, the bathroom clean and functional and the kitchen well equipped. We liked to have breakfast on the spacious balcony in the morning sun and enjoyed a walk on the close Commercial St. in the evenings. Sarah was very nice and helpful before, during and after our stay. Because the condo is situated rather closely to the main road of Provincetown (Bradford St), you should not expect total quietness (which was no problem for us). All in all a highly recommendable condo. ------ Diese Ferienwohnung ist ganz anders als so viele andere Cottages und Apartments auf Cape Cod, die wir vor unserem Urlaub im Internet gesehen haben: keine Hussen, keine ausrangierten Möbel, kein Kitsch. Das Bett war perfekt, das Bad sauber und funktional eingerichtet und die Küche verhältnismäßig gut ausgestattet. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir jeden Tag auf der großen Dachterrasse in der Morgensonne gefrühstückt und abends noch einen Spaziergang auf der nahen Commercial Street genossen. Sarah, die Vermieterin, hat uns vor, während und nach unserem Aufenthalt jederzeit freundlich weitergeholfen. Da die Wohnung recht nah an der eigentlichen Hauptstraße des Ortes liegt, sollte man hier nicht totale Ruhe erwarten. (Das war für uns kein Problem.) Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

This property was great. The owners were nice and helpful and gave us good advice on what to do in town. The unit was clean and close to everything. Our kids had a great time and so did we. The unit is quiet and well stocked. It looked just like the pictures and did not disappoint in anyway. We will return!

It’s always a little scary renting a room from a complete stranger, but after conversing with Sarah via email the first couple of times we felt like we had met her before. She offered advice on where to visit once we got there and was always prompt to answer any questions we had. Any other apprehension we might have had before arriving to P-Town were completely erased once we saw this condo. It was so perfect for us. Although it’s not right down in the heart of Commercial St. it’s only a very quick walk away. And because it’s not right in the heart of Commercial St. we had peace and quiet when we did finally return home. Staying here actually made us feel like locals which made the experience that much better. We were able to walk to every event except the clam bake which was only a 3 minute drive to North Truro. The interior had been completely renovated with all the amenities we needed and more, plus it had plenty of room for four. If you are planning a visit to P-Town you should definitely try to book this condo. You won’t be disappointed!

Trip to the Cape with Parents

The Pearl Street Condo was wonderful! It is located on a quiet street but walking distance from all the restaurants, shops, and the beach. The condo itself exceeded our expectations and was really beautiful inside. I had not rented a condo before and was surprised how nice and much much better than staying in a hotel. I highly recommend 22 Pearl Street and Sarah was great,too!

We simply loved this rental apartment. It was perfect for our stay in Province Town, Cape Cod. It is well appointed and a wonderfully restored 1800's home. It has all the comforts of home and the owners have thoughtfully stocked the apartment with just the right kitchenware and containers for taking all the yummy leftovers to the beach. The linens are top notch and the master bed was a dream to sleep on. There was plenty of room for our clothing in the closets and large dresser. The deck with large table and umbrella was a great space to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The new large shower was a refreshing reprieve at the end of a hot day. Commercial Street with all the restaurants and shops was only a block away. And there was a lovely beach within walking distance as well. The Province Town Bike Paths are amazing and it only took about 7 minutes to ride from the apartment to the start of the path. Rent this place, you will not be disappointed.

My friends and I stayed here during Memorial Day weekend. The location was perfect! We were within walking distance to all of the restaurants/shops/bars on Commercial Street. The house is very spacious and has all of the ammenities you would need, along with great outdoor deck space. And the owners were very helpful to make sure we had everything we needed leading up to our trip. I would recommend this property to anyone who's looking to take a trip to Ptown!
