Description of the Provincetown vacation home rental

The first floor includes three bedrooms including the master with a private deck, laundry, a den with 42'' plasma TV and surround sound (a great selection of DVDs) and a full bath.

The second floor opens to an airy and spacious living/dining room. It also includes a contemporary cook's kitchen complete with soapstone countertops, TV and breakfast nook. There is one bedroom with great light and deck access and a full, spacious bath.

The home has central air conditioning and all rooms and the decks are wired with individually controlled stereo speakers. There are four bikes with locks available for guests.

Located on the ocean side of Provincetown, this sleek contemporary, on nearly an acre of land offers peace and privacy while being only a 12 minute walk to the town center. The home sits on the top of a dune that overlooks the town's steeples, rooftops, and the Provincetown Monument.

• Deposits: To reserve a week a deposit of $1,5000 ($1000.00 of which is to be used as “security deposit”) must be received. Fifteen days before your arrival the balance of you stay should be received. All deposits other than the security deposit are not refundable
   
• Other Fees: The security deposit received includes “Cleaning Deposit”. The home should be left as upon arrival. Soiled lines should be left in each bedroom’s laundry basket located inside the closet. If cleaning or repair expenses must be incurred by the proprietor to restore the premises to the condition it was in a time of Tenant’s start day of occupancy, the amount necessary for said restoration will be deducted from the cleaning deposit and the balance, if any, will be refunded.

A "real house", with all the comfort amenities you can wish for, nicely furnished and decorated, with interesting artwork in every room, books, huge flat TV screen in multimedia study, not at all a "rental" house.
