Our home is nestled at the top of Upper Miller Hill Rd., a private cul-de-sac in the East End of Provincetown, MA. The location offers the peace and tranquility to relax. We are located right off Bradford Street, only a 5 minute walk to Commercial Street and 10 minute walk to the center of town.

Best of both worlds

This home is within walking distance of downtown Ptown, yet it quiet and far removed from the crowds of Commercial street. The view from the deck is the best part. After spending a day at the beach it was so relaxing just to sit on the deck with an ice cold beer and watch the boats on the water. We have been renting in Ptown for 16 years and this rental was the best we have ever been to. The owners made us feel special by leaving us a bottle of wine and the fixings for a spaghetti dinner. We had that spaghetti dinner on a cold winter's days and reminisced about all the good times we had at the Cape and we started to plan our next visit. We have 3 teenagers and there was plenty of privacy for everyone. The home was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The best way to tell if a rental is going to be good is to ask someone who has stayed there previously. I would go back to this rental again and again and you will be absolutely satisfied if you rent this home!

Returning to 5 Upper Miller Hill for the 5th time!

We plan to return once again and will spend our time in Provincetown at this wonderful rental. We first stayed at 5 Upper Miller Hill in December 2008 ... returning in 2009 and 2010 to celebrate solstice with family and friends. In 2011 we decided to rent 5 Upper Miller Hill during June and we loved it then as well. Next year (2012) we plan our first 2 week stay in P-Town for the month of June. No matter which season Winter or Summer this is the place to be in Provincetown for comfort, convenience, and location. In Provincetown (for us) this is THE location! Many lasting memories and time with family and friends have us returning once again to 5 Upper Miller Hill!

We loved this place and look forward to staying again! Friendly renter, BEAUTIFUL decor as shown in the photos, and the VIEW is untouchable. The Master Bedroom also has an amazing view. The place was clean and cared for. The kitchen fairly well stocked with spices and pots and pans, etc. All teflon pans, so if you prefer other types, bring them. All in all a great experience.

Wonderful Off Season Rental

We rented this property for a week in December 2010 and it exceeded our expectations. The house was exactly as in the photos. The views however are better in person. The fireplace helps create a nice cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was well equipped. We were very happy that pets were allowed, as we'd never go anywhere without our fur children. It is close enough to town center, but away from the hustle that an "in-season" rental might bring. The dialogue with the owner was top notch and the rental management people are easily reached during your stay. Thanks so much... John & Tom

Great Place to Stay

We stayed at this home for 4 days over the Thanksgiving weekend and it more than exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated and had wonderful views as promised. The fireplace was an added plus as were the comfy beds - the view from the top floor bedroom was even better than the one off the living room! Cooked a Thanksgiving meal for friends and the kitchen was well-stocked and easy to work in. Great location, just far enough from town, but a very easy walk. We highly recommend this home.

We had a fantastic time in P-Town staying in this charming cape house on a quiet secluded hilltop, but close enough to the center of town. The 2 secluded decks offered delightful and relaxing views of the cape. We hope to return soon!

My partner, friends and I have been going to P-Town twice a year for 5 years now. We always rent a new place when we go there.
This year we rented this property. It was, by far, the best experience for all of us.
The deck is huge. Fireplaced living room was an awesome place to spend a cool December evening.
Both bedrooms have TVs, which was great, especially for watching TV in bed in the early AM.
This house is located on top of Miller Hill, with awesome views of the dunes and harbor. Great sunrises and sunsets are scene from this place.
This is also far enough away from the hub bub of the center fo town, yet close enough to walk to in about 7 minutes.
This year, we all agreed to come back to this house for our weekend get-aways in May and December.
Once you've been here, nothing can really compare.

Our family was able to enjoy the holiday together at this great location.
We were within walking distance of friends and more family a few short streets away. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided.
This rental was a home away from home for the holiday.
A brief snowfall made for an impressive view from the top floor bedroom windows. A great place to be inside by the fireplace for a warm and cozy week with family and friends in P-Town
