Top floor is all master suite, 4 poster mahogany bed, with abundant closets and private full bath. Lower level has a private second bedroom and bath. Lower level also has a private den, sofa pullout and office area.

Beautiful outdoor garden deck off dining room with gas grill, wicker furniture, umbrella and wall fountain for outside entertaining. Parking is for 2 cars and immediately located behind the house for easy access.

Lovely, quiet, great location

Great care was taken to make this huge place so very comfortable, though it is a bit on the formal side. It's a great location and the 3-floor setting with master bedroom at the top and the second bedroom on the bottom level is perfect for those who want a bit of privacy and separation from co-habitants....my only wish was for a larger deck to accommodate my love of grilling and entertaining friends when in Ptown each year. The deck is lovely but a bit cramped for more than a couple of people. On the other hand, the kitchen was very well equipped for someone like me for whom cooking is a desired part of the vacation! Would definitely recommend it.

The place was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were big. the lower deck was great for eating breakfast or reading in the morning. The upper deck had a great view of the bay.
