This Luxury Condo is a Beautiful Oceanfront/Beachfront, Ground Floor, 3 Bedroom unit with 3.5 Baths right on the beach in new Villa Del Mar II complex in Puerto Aventuras!!

Our location is Amazing...10 steps straight off the terrace (patio) to the beach...5 steps to the right and you are at the pool and 2 steps from the door to your private Jacuzzi on the terrace! No elevators or steps to deal with! It 's also like having your own yard to play in right off the terrace!!

This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, food disposal, refrigerator, bottled water cooler, coffee pot, microwave and all the small appliances too!! There is also a small safe.

If you want the most gorgeous views of the ocean to be found anywhere, access to amazing ancient ruins, fabulous restaurants and activities, and all the family activities you can imagine, our Puerto Aventuras beachfront condo is for you!

Each bedroom has a full bathroom, its own outside entrance, Satellite TV and DVD player, alarm clock, reading lamp, ceiling fan, closet, plenty of drawers and cabinets for your personal items and individual A/C thermostat to control the temperature to your comfort for that room only and there is a half bath with a full size washer and dryer off the foyer as well. One of the master bedrooms also has a small safe to keep your valuables in.

Bedroom 3 (Studio) also has its own mini refrigerator, small microwave, water cooler, coffee pot and small safe.

• Required Stay: 3 night minimum
   
• Deposits: All reservations require: 50% deposit of rental and a $300 damage deposit within 7 days of booking. The balance of rental must be paid 30 days before your arrival date in US funds. If reservations are made for Christmas or New Years weeks, then 100% of rental and damage deposit are required within 7 days of booking. Failure to pay rental deposit, damage deposit or balance of rental on time could result in loss of reservation. 100% of security deposit will be refunded upon any cancellation.
   
• Other Fees: Cancellations should be in writing and are effective from the date we receive and acknowledge your fax or e-mail. The rental and damage deposit, less a cancellation fee equal to $100 USD are refundable until 90 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations between 30-90 days of arrival are subject to a 100% surcharge of the rental. Bookings for Christmas and New Years are subject to 100% surcharge regardless of time of cancellation. We always try to recover your money by rebooking the dates.
