Two spacious Master Suites with ocean views, each with screened, glass doors open onto a large, inviting balcony. Both Masters have king beds, luxurious mattresses, black-out curtains, en suite bathrooms, and TV/VCR. Third bedroom has two queen beds, dresser, large closet and bath. Marble floors and counter-tops run throughout. A full,gourmet kitchen with top-quality appliances and more, all things necessary to prepare great meals with lovely table settings. Kitchen and large living/dining space have 24 ft. of glass-sliding doors with picture-postcard views of the ocean. Laundry room and storage room are added conveniences. A huge, completely-furnished balcony also has a table (seats eight) for dining al fresco. A marvelous hammock is a perfect place for that best-seller or lazy siesta. Your own private staircase descends from the balcony to the pool and heavenly white beach.

If you've never heard of Puerto Aventuras, well it's such a wonderful paradise that I suspect a lot of people want to keep it a big secret. P. A. is a family-oriented, private, 600 acre, safe, gated, beach, golf and marina community with every kind of water activity you can imagine. Puerto Aventuras means Port of Adventure and it is well named.

Sea Song, a 2100 foot condo has a breathtaking vista of the Caribbean. It is just a walk down your private staircase off a wonderful super-size balcony and a quick 30 steps to the nicest white powder main beach in Puerto Aventuras.

The condo is on the second floor at the very front of the building closest to the beach. So, it is only the distance of the staircase that is farther away from the beach than a ground-floor unit while affording you a great deal more privacy.
