Casita del Sol, located in one of the newest, most upscale OCEANFRONT complexes of Puerto Aventuras, is a spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath 750 sq. ft. condo that sleeps 4 ( futon in living room).
Casita del Sol is on the 3rd floor of the newly completed Quinta Del Sol complex with a unique meandering pool, huge Mayan god wall fountain,oceanfront pool, sandy beach, and beach and pool loungers. The casita is perfect for an affordable romantic getaway for a couple or for a family with small children. Decorated in Mexican style, the casita comes fully equipped with a complete kitchen that includes a refrigerator/ freezer, electric glass cooktop stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, and blender. There is a pillowtop king bed in the bedroom with a built in closet, nightstand and lamp. All linens are provided and there is maid service every other day.
A private balcony with outdoor table and chairs affords sunset and canal views. The condo also provides central AC and ceiling fans throughout, Sky satellite TV with music, a safe, bottled water for cooking, all linens including beach towels, a hairdryer, an elevator and 24 hour security in a gated community.
Casita del Sol is an easy walk to all the Puerto shops and restaurants eliminating the need for a car, if so desired.
Watch the sunrise on the beach and watch the sunset while drinking a margarita from your balcony at Casita del Sol.

Puerto Aventuras also offers easy proximity on a 4 lane divided highway to the Cancun airport, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and numerous Mayan ruins for a fabulous vacation.

The town of Puerto Aventuras is centered around the dolphin lagoons. Restaruants, shopping, internet and many other services are all within a very short walking distance of the condo. Puerto Aventuras is an excellent location for a family vacation.
