This tranquil condo overlooks a large (90 ft. +) swimming pool and golf course. Torre Esmeralda, which means the Emerald Tower in Spanish, is a gorgeous new condo complex in the resort town of Puerto Aventuras. The marina, golf course, beach, shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Better yet, have dinner on your private terrace and then unwind in one of the two rooftop jacuzzis while enjoying the Mexican Riviera's lush green landscape...aahhhhh heaven awaits you!

Area Description

Puerto Aventuras is an upscale gated resort located 15 minutes south of Playa de Carmen and 60 minutes south of the Cancun Airport. This idyllic vacation retreat is in close proximity to all of the many attractions the intriguing Riviera Maya has to offer, but still secluded from the crowds and 'Spring Breakers' of Cancun. The area is rich in Mayan culture. The Mayan ruins of Tulum and Mayan culture shows are a must see. The area attractions located just minutes away include the parks Xel-ha and Xcaret. Playa de Carmen, just a ten minute drive, offers abundant night-life and shopping. The brilliant white sand beaches and dazzling multi-colored ocean waters of Puerto Aventuras offers snorkeling, swimming, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, para-sailing, sunbathing, sailing and simply relaxing under a shady palapa. There is also golf, tennis, fitness center, spa, restaurants, shopping, marina, dolphin swim, Internet Cafe, grocery store & pharmacy within a 5 min. walk.

There is an elevator to the rooftop deck and 2 jacuzzis. A Mexican cell phone with limited minutes is available for $29.95 per week. There is a washer & dryer is located in the pantry right off of the kitchen. A bottled water cooler is provided. Off-site property manager available for questions and requests, such as babysitting services. Housekeeping optional at $30 per request. The condo has satellite TV, DVD player and library, adult and children books, adult and kid games, I-Pod docking station with speakers/CD/Radio, lounge chairs & cooler to take to the beach and pool toys for the kids. A full kitchen complete with the Margaritaville Frozen Margarita Machine - a must for a Mexican Vacation! There is a sofa-sleeper comfortable for two people. Lounge chairs and pool-side tables all provided on site. Internet Cafe, grocery store, pharmacy, doctor on call, tour information desk, money exchange, spa, fitness center, dive shop, museum, salon, souvenirs, restaurants and interactive dolphin swim are about a 10 minute walk.
