Description of the Puerto Galera vacation villa rental

On a promontory joining the coves of Varadero and Tabinay the location of the "Sarimanok" villa is probably one of the most scenic in the vicinity of the bay of Puerto Galera .Only one kilometer distant from the village, the place is less than 30 minutes ride to either the Eastern side of the bay and the White Beach area or the western coast and the village of Sabang .With road and transportation logistics available from Manila now much improved the " Sarimanok " house can be reached within a mere 3 hours travel time from Manila International Airport. Constructed during 2009 the " Sarimanok" house is now operational next to the famous Punta Del Este villa .

Area Information

Built at the center of the promontory and at its highest altitude the house overlooks the sea from all sides since it is facing either the Varadero Bay, the Tabinay cove or the main ocean horizon including Isla Verde and the Baco islands group .
Surrounded with lush vegetation and large trees the site otherwise enjoys the convenience of a flowers and greenery garden all around .

A little bit of heaven

My husband, daughter and her husband and four children (one 11 year old and three 8 year olds) and I stayed at Puerto Galera Sarimanok from December 26 to January 5/13. The homemade meals, refreshing pool outside the door, spectacular view, kind helpers, comfortable furnishings and accommodation made our visit a pleasure. The children loved the freedom of the garden and racing down to the beach; daily walks to town were always an adventure; even the rain did nothing to dampen our spirits! The floor to ceiling windows on three sides of the villa create perfect ambience with the beauty of the outdoors with the palm trees, plants, flowers and bushes. The neighbourhood roosters do a fine job of reminding everyone that day does begin when they say so! and our favourite was the sweet dog (belonging to the groundsman) whom we called "Beeno" - who graciously adopted us and executed exemplary manners by never stepping beyond the threshold of the villa. Our two helpers were two kind ladies who took care of our needs and cooked sumptuous meals for us. Our hosts, Xavier and Shyla, also greeted us warmly and made us all feel part of the family. All in all, a marvelous holiday. My husband and I live in the frozen north of Canada and the heat in Puerto Galera was a blessed change!

A great private holiday

We stayed at the villa, from 9 to 16 January. About vacation were the best memories. The villa is located in a very beautiful place: at the top of the cape, on three sides by the sea in a dense tropical forest. At the same time very close to the city - you can easily get to the shops or to ask about buying a cook. Everything is close - we went to the diving courses in Sabang, rested on White Beach, and waterfalls, and the evening enjoying the peace and privacy of our homes. Thanks to everyone who gave us this miracle - Xavier and Shyla. Special thanks to staff for consideration and friendliness and all-round assistance - MangDzhun, Lorry and Imelda.

We had a wonderful holiday at Sarimanok - the villa was everything and more than we expected - the position is awesome, quiet, peaceful and so close to town, what more could you ask for. We will be back again this year!
