A stand-alone single family residence, on the ocean fronting a small quiet cove. This is a recently built (2007) two story home with 215 sq.mt. (approx.2200 sq.ft.), of living area and in addition, a walled in private rooftop sundeck. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, living, dining, kitchen, an outside storage room, and a downstairs oceanfront sitting porch and patio. There is also a swimming pool, plus an upstairs evening balcony facing the ocean off the master suite.

The sea in front of the house is an environmentally protected aquatic national park, meaning no jet skis, parachute boats etc., however those activities are close by. The Palancar reef, which is the world`s second largest barrier reef, is just offshore. It not only insures calm waters inside the cove, but is also home to many varieties of tropical fish making conditions just right for swimming diving and snorkeling all year round.


There is only one way in, and one way out, so it's also a very private area. The tranquil fishing village of Puerto Morelos is just down the beach from the house. Vacation in the paradise life of friendly people, and super weather!

Area Description

Sugar sand beaches, and clear blue green waters await you. The house is located right in the middle of everything being just 20 minutes from Cancun International Airport, 25 minutes to Playa del Carmen,25 minutes to Cancun and 25 minutes to the world famous Hotel Zone. The property is in a high occupancy rental area because of it´s location, and gives easy access to everything Cancun and The Riviera Maya have to offer.

Lots of beach to walk, and many activities within a short drive. Swim with dolphins, ancient pyramids are some.
