Description of the Puerto Morelos vacation villa rental

Casa Mariposa is a new house with 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and studio (with a futon) and a private pool and is only a 3 minute walk to the fabulous beach and a short walk to the village. Fully furnished and very comfortable.

You can cater yourself or there is a chef available. We can also arrange airport transfers for you and a private driver if needed for excursions to Playa del Carmen or Tulum or Cancun. Snorkelling ,diving and cenote excursions can also be arranged. Private spa in same block or visit the Mayan jungle spa.

Great care has been taken with the finish of this holiday house, hand made tiles and quality fittings to create a light airy atmosphere.
Downstairs has open plan kitchen, dining and lounge entertainment area that opens to the terrace and private pool area. 2 large bedrooms are downstairs, all bedrooms have hand made built in wardrobes, plenty of
storage. The two charming guest bathrooms look out onto an enclosed tropical garden. Outside is a laundry,drying area and storage room .
There is nothing like this house in Puerto Morelos.

The stairs at the front of the house take you to the upstairs master suite. The office/studio area is a large bright room which could be used for additional accommodation and opens out onto a large terrace. The master bedroom is complete with a lit domed ceiling and opens to the terrace with a water feature and adjoins a large bathroom with bath and separate shower.

It really is a most elegant house suitable for full time
residence or vacation rental.

Puerto Morelos boasts the best of all possible worlds, beautiful National Park reef on our doorstep, small town with excellent restaurants, 20 mins to Cancun's intnl airport, 20 mins to Playa del Carmen and yet a world of difference awaits you. If you want peace and quiet, beautiful beaches and the opportunity for close by excitement when you feel like it, then this is your area.

Casa Mariposa really is in the village of Puerto Morelos and so you may not need to hire a car, you can walk into the village and only 2 minutes to the beach, perfect spot for a
vacation and a great house to be at home in.

From Puerto Morelos you can easily get to all major aarea attractions like Playa del Carmen, Chichen Itza, Coba, Tulum, Valladolid and Cancun by car or bus. The buses are excellent here. Most people don't leave the village because it is so relaxing with some surprising restaurants and bars adn the houe is so conveniently located that you can just wander around on foot.
