Madre Del Mar Villa vacation.... for as little as $175.00-$200.00 (depending on season) per night for your own casita that sleeps 4-5 persons. We are family owned and managed year round. Located Rocky Point...( Puerto Penasco) Sonora Mexico in a beautful gated community called Los Conchas. Our home is on the beach front...We have four units that make up our home / villa that create the whole setting. All walled in for privacy with covered parking. Our villa consists of 2- two bedroom town homes and two studio apartments. You can rent one unit or all the units depending on your needs and size of gathering.

Each town home has two suites. One bedroom suite has 1 queen bed w/ bath and the second bedroom suite has 2 queen beds w/ bath. There is a great room with living, dining and kitchen, with a front porch and stairway to the beach. Town homes are side by side and have a large door that opens into each greatroom to create one large home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, two greatrooms, 2 kitchens. A beautiful setting for a family and friends gathering or wedding.

Each studio apartment (called casitas) are located on a second tier to the property just in back (upstairs through a courtyard behind the town homes. Each casita is a studio setting with two queen beds with bathroom living, dining and kitchen. Each casita is 4-450 square feet. Nice size for a family of 4. The casitas have all the beach and ocean views from all windows.

Town homes rent for $350.00-$400.00 per night depending on the season. Casitas rent for $150.00-200.00 per night depending on the season. All units have air conditioning
and are kept in quality condition for a comfortable stay.

We can offer maid service and your own chef, plus bookings of cruses, fishing trips or even massages, facials, pedicures, manicures, horseback riding and water sports all can be brought to the villa for your vacation. Our Concierge Service is here daily to assist you.

Madre Del Mar Villa is located on the beach front in Los Conchas, a gated community of 500 homes just east of the city of Puerto Penasco ( Rocky Point ). All homes are single family homes /villa settings mostly an American settlement.

Down town Puerto Penasco is only 10 minutes away from the villa where you will find many fine resturaunts and different specialty stores for your shopping sprees. Puerto Penasco has doubled in size in just the past 6 years and is fast becoming a new Cabo with all water sports, golf,ATV and much more for your vacation, building beautiful memories.

• Deposits: Deposit of the first night's stay or greater is asked with the booking confirmation. Balance is due upon arrival in CASH. NO CHECKS OF ANY KIND OR MONEY ORDERS ARE EXCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL...... OR..... or you can pay 30 days in advance with a check or money order so that funds can clear before your stay. Thank you for your understanding as we do not get to the USA for banking often.
   
• Other Fees: There is a cleaning fee for each unit. Casitas are $55.00 and townhomes are $90.00. Refundable security deposits are pure unit and references. These deposits are taken in case of damage or abuse to our villa while visiting with us here. Refunds on these deposits can be made before your departure if YOU allow ample time so that we are able to check units properly before your leaving.
