I am PLATINUM SUPREME MEMBER, this is the highest membership in the resort, only less then 1% of owners have this level. I have rented to over 150 families and experienced seller with many references.
Only Supreme members can guarantee villas larger then 3br villa!!! No other member is guaranteed a large villa for a guest. Owners perks are not fully transferrable to guests and if the seller is not familiar with the rules they may offer perks that once you are in the resort you would not get, BEWARE.
All-incluisve includes access to all amenities including VIP beach, cafe, and so on.

Thank you for inquiry, your msg did not get lost...swamped here trying
to catch up from WONDERFUL vacation.
We had a FANTASTIC time (I was tempted to stay and get a job there!).
Villa was terrific (E3). The resort was everything as described. We
were able to get a cart as our villa was furthest away. We did
appreciate the cart as we were told they were for owners only.
Security got a laugh every time we drove by (see photo).
We had no problem with car service to/from airport(would recommend this
service to you as was $95 for 8 with one person van as opposed to VIP
two vans at $140). One of our group left early to go to St Martin and
she used VIP to return to airport.
Our maid (Christina) was fantastic...made the best eggs every morning.
We heard a few complaints from others (greasy eggs), but ours were
perfect!! Loved the picante sauce (we went through two bottles!).
Only negative, and rather minor in scheme of things...We had thought an
entrance to Ocean World was included (something thought we had read or
interpreted), but we were told that is not the case...maybe we
misunderstood. We did go to the VIP Ocean World party that was
advertised in daily paper as having sea lion/dolphin show. We were very
disappointed as this never materialized, it was only a Vegas review
which was nice, but not what we wanted to see.
We all loved the VIP restaurant. We would highly recommend the VIP for
every night of dining!! We did not care much for the Italian (probably
as we get such great Italian here in NE) or the main buffet. The
Oriental (Indochina?) was good. The buffet at VIP party was ok, not
greatest (we heard many complaints). As we did not go there for food
and knew it would not be gourmet, but because of VIP restaurant and
breakfast in villa, we were pleasantly surprised!
The spa was nice for a massage. I also had a manicure/pedicure as I did
not have time before leaving and found it to be ok, but better here at
home.
We did a few ventures out into town and Sosua Beach which we had the
most fantastic fish lunch. This was a cute area, although shops all had
same "original" art and such with pushy shop owners. One night we went
to local dance bar with couple of "local" Canadian girls. This was
quite fun/amusing.
One of the girls would like to book same vacation with you for her,
sister and friends...I will give her your e-mail?

Everything is terrific so far, thank you very much! I have a question for you.. Have you ever used Oswald Tours. They are set up on the beach and to seem to be a lot cheaper than the resort tours. Have you any experience with them? Can they be trusted?
Any feedback would be helpful! We are ready to book again for next year! (smile)
