Description of the Puerto Plata vacation villa rental

I own the vacation club rights to rent you the vacation of a life time. This is an all inclusive resort and your vacation will cost as low as $99. per person per day (this does not include air fare.) You will get all you want to eat and drink, transportation to and from the Puerto Plata air port (POP) and VIP treatment, VIP pool, beach and restaurants. No tips, taxes or surprises, except how well you are treated.
My vacation plans allows me to match the accommodations to your needs. From Junior Suites to 7 bed and bath villas, need more than a 7 bed villa, we will just keep adding villas until your party has a bed for everyone. Planning a family reunion? I can handle that. Some in your party can only stay 3 day while other want to stay a week and others 2 weeks? I can handle that. Planning a destination wedding? I can handle that and even get you a wedding planner for the same price.
As to availability, I can generally reserve a junior suite to a 2 bed room penthouse on short notice. 3 bed room villas to large groups that need more that one villa should book 3 to 4 months in advance, But don't hesitate to ask some times the villas are available on short notice.

• Deposits: 40% down when I confirm your reservation. When you arrive you will pay the resort the all inclusive fees which are $50.00 to $57.50 per person per day, less for children under 12. The resort does accept major credit cards. When your vacation is over you can pay me the balance to total $99 per person per day.
   
• Other Fees: There is a $10 entry fee for the Dominican Republic which is paid at the airport. If you stay a week I will take that $10 off your final bill. Remember, there is no other taxes or tipping.
