Description of the Puerto Vallarta vacation apartment rental

Excellent location, fantastic ocean views, and very affordable prices - this property has it all!!

There are four rental units at this property: a beautiful rooftop studio apartment (perfect for 2), and three lovely large 1BR apartments which can each sleep 4 adults.

All face the ocean, and have at least partial ocean view, and the views just keep getting better the higher you go.

All apartments are fully-furnished, each with a full kitchen (not just a mini-fridge and a hotplate), TVs with cable, and all of the amenities you need for an unforgettable vacation.

From each private terrace, you can watch the sunsets, the activity on the Bay (whales and dolphins, cruise ships, etc.), and the nightly fireworks.

The property is located in downtown Puerto Vallarta, on the hill above Vallarta's famous crowned church. It's on a quiet residential street where you are away from the traffic and nightclub noises, but still close enough to walk everywhere. Walk to the beach, the Malecon, shops and restaurants in five minutes.

Don't stay at a property outside of town when you can be close to everything here! Save the hassle of a long bus ride or an expensive taxi any time you want to see the sights.

We stayed for a month and found it to be delightful. It was everything the ad said and more. We were close to everything and the views were fantastic. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make our trip enjoyable. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We were amazed at the low cost and high level of ammenities. The unit had everything a person would need for a home away from home. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting the best of Puerto Vallarta at a resonable price. Just keep in mind PV is built on hills. We adjusted quite well to the walk back up the hill and we are both senior citizens. In fact, we found the exercise extremely benificial to us both. It was a very friendly neighborhood. There was even a neighborhood grocery store just a few steps from our front door. Highly recommend this property!!!

This condo is perfectly placed in a beautiful colonial surrounding. We were surprised how roomy and comfortable the place was. This is the perfect location for a couple who wants to stay close to everything, relax and enjoy a wonderful vacation. The view is amazing, we could see the bay perfectly and we even saw whales. The neighborhood was very friendly and it made us feel at home very quickly. The owners are very friendly. The service was great, we could never run out of fresh drinking water and they are always there if you need something. We highly recommend it… We will definitely rent this place in a near future.
