Beautifully upgraded 1 bedroom condominium. This "feels like home" condo is perfect for those on a limited budget. Want to spend a lot of money? Go to Mismaloya, the Marina or Nuevo Vallarta. Want to go to WalMart or Costco and live like you do at home? this is perfect. Perfect for the budget traveler yet cherished memories await.

Complete with King Size bed, 1 hide-a-bed sofa sleeper, air mattress, two televisions including a 40 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, dehumidifier, oversized refrigerator, washer and dryer (only 5 units in entire building with laundry) drop dead gorgeous views of Banderas Bay and just so much more.

So much fun within the Holiday Inn complex with full access to pools, gym, tennis, beach and many hotel activities. Just take the elevator down to the bar and every night is a party. Or just stay in and watch many movie channels in Spanish and English. Not much news, but who cares? You're on vacation and you'll just gush after you've saved money yet vacationed like kings and queens.

The testimonial guest book is must reading. There are so many great ideas and locations to visit during your stay including tours and great restaurants. Personally I love eating from the street vendors in Old Town. 10-15 pesos for the most scumptious carne asada tacos loaded with all the goodies.

If you are a surfer you have to take the bus (32 pesos) 40 km to Punta de Mita. Go see Ana or Joe at Mexican Malibu Properties right in the heart of El Anclote and find perfect powder puff waves. Antonio has a paddle surfboard or a standard surfboard all set up and ready for you to use gratis. You'll love it! You'll swear you're in Heaven!! You'll surf in turquoise 82 degree water with white sand beaches.

This condominium does not feel like a simple hotel room. It feels like walking into a home. Yet for less than a hotel room in the Holiday Inn you can smile and use some of those savings on some great Margaritas or all-you-can-eat steak dinners in the Marina! You will definitely want to come back.

Puerto Vallarta has been rated as the 7th safest city in the world per Conde Naste. You can walk without fear up and down even the out of the way streets in the Romance District of Old Town. If you haven't visited Puerto Vallarta or Punta de Mita, this will not be your first.

Area Information

Two miles to the Marina and two miles to Old Town. Close to Walmart and Costco. Ocean front activities include para-sailing and jet ski rentals. Or, just lounge under one of the palapas on the private beach. Busses are fun to ride and run every couple minutes. Cost is only 6.5 pesos and just staying on the bus is just as good as a bus tour that you'll spend a ton on. Want to get off? another is just minutes behind. Avoid the taxis and save, save, save. Nothing better than a fabulous vacation without emptying out the bank account. This condo is perfect for retirees and newlyweds.

Unbelievable

Can't believe we only stayed 4 days. We could live there even with our kids. This home was beautiful and so much fun and we felt like we stole it. We saved so much that we even took a tour that we didn't expect to be able to afford. The kids loved the beach, the pools, the poolside activities and watching the parasailing. We even saw dolphins playing offshore. When the old pirate ship went by and blew off its cannon we all jumped and then when the fireworks went off next door at the Friendly Hotel we all just ooohhhed and aaahhhed. Everything was so close. We just took a bus everywhere. Most enjoyable vacation ever!!! Can't wait to go back!!
