Description of the Puerto Vallarta vacation condo rental

Located in the Punta Negra Condominium Building,this beautiful privately owned condo is less than 4 miles South of downtown( Zona Romantico).A paradise to come home to after the bustle of downtown, the beach is almost private, and few, if any vendors. Town is 7 minutes away and buses run every 10 minutes from the front door, taxis always available.
Watch the whales play, enjoy the awesome sunsets from the balcony, views are spectacular as we are on the 7th floor.

Area Information

Two miles South you can enjoy Mismaloya,here you can rent boats and other water activity items, also arrange tours, take the water taxi to Yelapa and go to the waterfalls.
Two miles North you are in Concahas Chinas where there are good restaurants, there is also a large convenience store. Between Conchas Chinas and Mismaloya there are other small typical places to eat , these places are within the little local villages, off road on the jungle side of the highway. well worth finding as the food is wonderful.

Many many restaurants within a five minute bus ride, we have a paradise, close to town but far enough away to escape the constant busy downtown bustle, our beach is almost like having a private one of your own, very safe and no shelving.

The Suite Life

This is our second time to "La Dolce Vita" and it will definitely not be our last. It is perfect for our family of four. The location is excellent, it is just a ten minute local bus ride from the Southern part of the City (Romantic Zone). The location feels remote due to the tropical jungle surrounding the condos; however, all the amenities of a nice/modern hotel are available. The condo personnel are very friendly and the building is well maintained. The beach is great; one of the best in PV according to the locals (I agree). The pool is very nice and there are sufficient lounge chairs. This place is the total package! It has a spectacular view, nice accommodations and an excellent location. What else could you ask for except more vacation time!
