Located in the Punta Negra Condominium Building,this beautiful privately owned condo is less than 4 miles South of downtown( Zona Romantico).A paradise to come home to after the bustle of downtown, the beach is almost private, and few, if any vendors. Town is 7 minutes away and buses run every 10 minutes from the front door, taxis always available.
Watch the whales play, enjoy the awesome sunsets from the balcony, views are spectacular as we are on the 7th floor.

Two miles South you can enjoy Mismaloya,here you can rent boats and other water activity items, also arrange tours, take the water taxi to Yelapa and go to the waterfalls.
Two miles North you are in Concahas Chinas where there are good restaurants, there is also a large convenience store. Between Conchas Chinas and Mismaloya there are other small typical places to eat , these places are within the little local villages, off road on the jungle side of the highway. well worth finding as the food is wonderful.

• Deposits: 30% deposit on the rent plus $250.00 refundable damage /security deposit .The balance of the rent is due 60 days or more prior to occupancy.
   
• Other Fees: Our drinking water is filtered and safe for drinking. Bottled water can be purchased at the front desk. Poolside B.B.Q. can be used for $4.00 cleaning fee to condo Management.
