Description of the Puerto Vallarta vacation condo rental
Charming fully furnished Condo off the main road in Puerto Vallarta (Boulevard de Los Palmas), minutes south of the airport and located approx. 1 mile from the start of the Malecon in P.V. Private access road to beach (approx. 1 block), clean and airy, and on the bus route to/from all parts of the city. Easy access either by bus or on foot to all attractions. Very affordable!

Area Info
The surrounding area is just north of the Hotel Zone and about 4 miles south of the Aeroport in Puerto Vallarta. This is the main boulevard (Las Palmas) which runs through the center of Puerto Vallarta proper and is full of shopping areas (Liverpool Mall, Sam's Club, Walmart, etc.) as well as hundreds if not thousands of restaurants of all kinds and ethnicities. It is also in the heart of some of the nicest resorts in Puerto Vallarta (Plaza Pelicanos, Canto Del Sol are next to the condo, literally). Everything one could possibly want is really within the square where this condo is located but a 50 cent bus ride (the buses run every 30 seconds out at the front main road) can take you anywhere from here to the Malecon, Old Town, Mismaloya, the Hotel Zone, you name it. I love this location and I purchased this unit mainly for vacations and retirement eventually so it has to have everything close by for my needs.

This property is in walking distance to downtown Puerto Vallarta and additionally is on the main bus lines going to and from downtown, as well as all surrounding towns within a 50 mile radius. Excursions south to Mismaloya and North to Sayulita are right outside the door.

Nice place

My wife and I stayed at this unit and found it to be all we needed. It's in a great location and presents itself as advertised. It is on the 3rd floor but that wasn't a problem for us.
