fun in the sun

We enjoyed ourselves again at the sea river tower for 35 days. Thanks Rick for some of the upgrades you made, extra bedding, towels and dishes. I was disappointed that the couch was gone from the bedroom to watch tv. You should upgrade your pictures of the condo. Your hide-a-bed needs replacing. It is not usable to sleep on. Its all wired up to hold it together. The mattress is no good. Therefore your condo sleeps only 2 people. Thanks for replacing the burners. The hotel staff are great. The best part of our stay is the activity center.They make your holiday memorable. Of course this location is the best, walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place for Couple

The condo is small with a great view, a very comfortable king size bed and a workable kitchen. There's a grocery store about 4 blocks away which makes this very convenient. And the bus (to the Malecon, to downtown restaurants) is right outside. I would highly recommend this place for a couple or a couple with a child, as the sofa bed is *very* very soft; not good for folks with back problems. I went with a friend and we ended up sharing the bed--which was not our plan. The food at the Holiday in is decidely mediocre as is the gym. But right next store is Villa Palmar (go through the beach) and their food is excellent as is their gym. The beach area and pool at Holiday Inn is quite good--lots of chairs and space and if you walk to your right with your towells you'll find more peace and quiet still. Again, great views, very clean, good sheets and towells. Oh, the glass doors push *all* the way out for a completely unobstructed view and sounds of the ocean. Great value.

My family rented 2 units in this complex, this one belonging to Mr. Glassman. This unit is gorgeous. Furnishings appeared to be new and unit was in excellent shape. Views were gorgeous and complex staff was excellent. Absolutely NO complaints here, and we will return. Thanks, Rick, for a wonderful vacation!!

Las suites tienen una vista maravillosa de Puerto Vallarta, el servicio es de buena calidad. La comida tiene buen sazon y es variada, muy recomendable comer en el restaurante Piacere. El unico comentario para mejorar, es que el sofa cama no es tan comodo para dormir, es muy delgado el colchon y se siente la estructura inferior del sofa cama.

Perfect Family Vacation

We spent 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year's Eve in Casa Vallarta in the Sea River Tower. It was a wonderful vacation - perfect weather, no illness. Puerto Vallarta is a beautiful city to visit and the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. The high balcony was a bit of a concern and with two young children we had to be very vigilant but otherwise it was a carefree vacation. We spent the days on the beach and in the pool and took the city bus into town most nights. The staff were very helpful and the kids club (ages 4+) was a nice bonus. The condo owner Cherie Verber was very professional and responsive to deal with. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.
