If you are looking for a great condo located on the best beach in Puerto Vallarta, look no more. This condo is situated amidst million plus dollar homes in Conchas Chinas, an exclusive neighborhood less than 1 mile south of town. Our condo has 3 bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one with a queen bed plus a bedroom which houses a single bed. In addition, you have 2 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen for your dining pleasure.

The unit is located in a charming 24 unit Mexican style complex. You can walk easily into town either on the beach route or by taking Calle Santa Barbara (millionaires' row). Town is a short 10 minute walk away. The condo is located in an area where you have all the convenience of the city without the resultant noise, beach vendors, and overcrowding of the city beach. There are two terraces - one outside the master bedroom and the other adjoining the living area which is used for outside dining. The condo is situated directly by the pool and garden area of the enclosed courtyard. The views from the condo are of the water and beach and are awesome.

The condo is located at the bottom of Calle Sagitario on the N. edge of Conchas Chinas. It sits next to million plus homes and is widely known as the best location in Vallarta. The beach it overlooks is one of three connecting beaches running to the south from the condo. At the very south end, is the best breakfast restaurant in the area - the Lindo Mar resort and it is reached by walking down the beach and up steps to the road which accesses the restaurant. The beaches are free of vendors and offer safe swimming spots as well as shell hunting for those so inclined.

Rates listed are for two people. Winter (high season) rates for extra guests over two are 10.00 per person. Summer (low season) rates for extra guests over two are $7.50 person. The holiday rate of $250/person includes up to five guests.
