Just five minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta you will enjoy perfect ocean views of Banderas Bay from the private balcony of this 1 BR condo. You will find in the large bedroom a King size bed, in the bathroom marble shower and counter tops with a Mexican painted sink that continues the tasteful Mexican décor of this condo. The sunken living room has a sofa (also sleeps 2) and a recliner for relaxing after a day of adventure. Have breakfast at the breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen or the ultimate breakfast on your private balcony while keeping a watchful eye for whales or dolphins just off shore.

Enjoy all the FREE amenities of the Holiday Inn resort. Go all out and add on the all-inclusive option, order room service or eat in one of three restaurants or have a drink at one of 3 bars and you even enjoy a special 15% discount just for being our condo guest.
