Description of the Puerto Vallarta vacation condo rental

From our large 15th floor balcony the view is fantastic! You can see downtown Puerto Vallarta, the south shore mountains, and the wide expanse of the bay. We often see dolphins playing off shore. Our balcony is a great place to watch the fireworks from the pirate ship as well as the glorious nightly sunsets. We are located on the grounds of the Holiday Inn and have full use of their amenities. This includes a fabulos pool, hot tubs, sauna,and tennis courts, plus many water activities. We have a fantastic beach. The bus to town stops right in front of the Holiday Inn and is a short ride to downtown or you can catch a taxi. In the winter when you can leave the balcony doors open you can hear the waves crashing at night and watch whales in the daytime.

Our Puerto Vallarta beachfront condominium rental is a one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bath with separtate sink room, living room, dining room. The partial kitchen includes a two-burner stove, sink, full-size refrigerator, and microwave. We have cable TV, in unit internet access, and a wonderful balcony with ocean, mountain, and city views.

All dishes and pots and pans including a coffee pot, toaster, juicer, and blender are provided as well as bed linens and towels. One of the couches in the living room is custom designed to make into a comfortable queen-size sleeper. All furniture and appliances are new and our condominium is decorated with a Mexican flare. The maid cleans two times per week.

The beautiful Bay of Banderas is surrounded by mountains. The quaint town of Puerto Vallarta with its cobble stone streets is a popular Pacific coast destination. There are many activities to do plus world class restaurants. The hump back whales winter in our bay for your viewing pleasure. There are a variety of mountain/jungle and bay tours available as well as many golf courses in the area. Shop in the many shops downtown or from the local vendors. Or.... spend your time laying by the pool or the beach having drinks delivered to your chair.

Around Christmastime last year my husband mentioned to me that we should do something special for our 40th anniversary coming up in '09. He began looking for places to go, somewhere we'd never been. After much searching he showed me this condo in Puerta Vallarta and we agreed it would be perfect. It was so affordable we couldn't believe it! Around February he began e-mailing the condo owner and making reservations. We had questions of course and she was so kind and helpful to us. A very nice person indeed. Airline tickets were perchased and the trip seemed so far off as the snow fell here. After summer's end we realized it was really time to get excited...we were going to sunny Mexico! The moment we arrived we knew we were staying at just the right place. We found the resort staff to be wonderful. Our room was exactly as the owner had described it. The pictures she sent of the place were great but seeing it in person was even better. The view was awesome and the condo was neat, clean and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the folder of information the owner had taken the time to put together about things to do and places to eat along with helpful tips to make our stay a good experience. Others who had stayed there had added their input which we found interesting as well. It was a super trip and we enjoyed every moment. We plan to go back again.
