Majestically situated high above the ocean, this exquisitely furnished penthouse offers an endless panoramic view of the Bay of Banderas.

Casa Santirée is a very private two story, 3 bedroom, 3 �' bath 4500 + sq. ft. penthouse in the Costa de Oro condominiums, located in the Conchas Chinas area on the south coast of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Luxuriate in the privacy of your own pool or bask in the sun on the spacious terrace. An excellent cook will prepare delicious meals and the staff will cater to your every need.

Casa Santirée is maintained as the owner 's vacation home, no expense has been spared in the decor of the penthouse which was renovated in 2003 and is a compilation of unique decorations from around the world.
There is a beautiful Canterra stone fountain in the entrance.
You can enjoy a wonderful dinner in the formal dining area or al fresco terrace dining under the stars.

Casa Santirée is fully air-conditioned. The suites are equipped with individual A/C as well as ceiling fans.
The bedroom suites are furnished with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms.

A circular staircase takes you up to the romantic master suite encompassing the entire second floor.
Upon entering the suite there is an elegant sitting area complete with an enclosed bar & refrigerator.
Whether you are enjoying a romantic soak in the Roman tub for two or a shower, the master bath offers a view where the coastline meets the mountains!

As you watch the most breathtaking sunset, the sounds of waves drift into the casa.

Area Description

Just 1 �' miles from the center of Puerto Vallarta where shopping, restaurants and nightlife await you.

Easy arrangements can be made for boat rentals for either fishing or sightseeing around the coast.
Take a few steps down from the pool and you are within a block of one of the most beautiful beaches on the bay and just across the street from two great restaurants.

The beach is one of the few that offers privacy and freedom from solicitations of vendors. This romantic getaway is close to all of the attractions of Puerto Vallarta plus day trips to Mismaloya, Yelapa or Punta Mita are a breeze when you catch a taxi.
All this and more within minutes of Puerto Vallarta 's enchanting town where cobblestone streets are lined with quaint white washed houses, century old churches and an inviting array of restaurants and shops. The nightlife sizzles, deep-sea fishing is excellent, tennis, and golf are nearby; and sights of interest abound.
