The unit is a one bedroom pool side condo at The Royal Pacific Yacht Club. It is one of the best maintained condo developement on the Marina. It a sucure gated community.
The unit is completely furnised. It has a CD player and CD's two TV's, washer, dryer, iron, board, microwave, full kithen, two double beds and a patio with table and chairs.
Fumigation is done on a monthly bases.
The pool is just steps away. A great garden and palapa area. Very private. Maid service once a week. Very clean.
The Royal Pacific Yacht Club is directly on the Marina. This Marina has over 400 boat slips. You may want to walk the entire board walk as there are many great restaurants, a money exchange, small grocery stores, liqour stores, pharmacy, deli, pizza and shopping. The Marina has some restruants that even deliver.
You are five min from the airport,with a 18 hole great golf couse across the street, and a one minute walk to the bus stop. A five minute bus ride to Sams Club and Walmart or a short walk to the Marina Plaza Mall for any food or personal items. Walk out onto the Marina and rent a boat for great deep sea fishing or take a day trip to Yalapa, where only a boat can take you. No cars in this village. Just clean air, good food and cold beer. This day long trip is a combination of the thrill of whale watching with a relaxing afternoon at the beach. You can purchase almost any tours right on the Marina.
In the evning stroll the Marina. It is filled with an ambience of romance and great dining.
The beach is a short walk. There is a long secluded shore of beach to walk. Not many people find this area of beach. It is at the end of the golf coarse and at the end of the airport runway. There is a restaurant about 7 blocks down the beach with nothing in between except sand and beach. They are open only during the day. A splendid place to have lunch.
There are places to relax and have a massage at one of the many spas on the Marina. The prices are from $35.00 to $45.00 for an hour and they are all great.
