Good beds and linens, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms were clean but need updating, patio and outdoor dining area was great, excellent BBQ, Pool area was clean and very well maintained, child friendly pool, friendly fellow guests, books and wi-fi available, good security, excellent laundry at a reasonable price, Close to airport and public bus, safe, self contained community, grocery store 10 mins walk away, many restaurants nearby, difficult to access nearby beach, Responsive owner, would have helped to know a bit more Spanish to communicate with the staff

Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, tourists without a car.

We loved this area of Puerto Vallarta. The condo was perfectly suited for our month stay. It is very well stocked for preparing your own meals and we loved that it had a Webber gas BBQ. The condo was exactly what we expected from the listings description. It has a very comfortable master bed. The property is older and the condo could use some updating but is clean, well maintained and comfortable. Heated pool as well! Mostly we loved the location of the condo. Restaurants and pubs VERY close but noise was not a issue. Everything is made easy, with bottled water delivery and laundry services available, cheap. We loved the terrace and its outdoor living area. Also there are some good restaurants/pubs around the marina with reasonable prices for meals and drinks. We would recommend this property to friends.

My wife and I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the condo. The location was perfect w/ an excellent view of the marina and great people watching right from the comfort of the patio. Very easy access from the airport, short trip to the Malecon / downtown and short walk to beaches. With restaurants, shops and a grocery store so close, we really did not have far to go for anything. Lots of sun and relaxing by the pool and on the fantastic patio. It was a perfect spot and a great week!

What a wonderful way to complete our trip to Mexico by staying at Marina del Rey condo.

Our stay here was simply wonderful! The condo we rented was EVERYTHING the owners listed and more. This condo was perfect for us (my husband, 2 adult children and my mother). Every convenience possible was in our condo. Our terrace had the most amazing views of the marina and surrounding area. We did not have enough time to do everything we wanted to do so I guess that means another trip soon to this area. Hopefully this same condo will be available then. It is difficult to convey in writing the relaxed feeling and lovely atmosphere here in Puerto Vallarta. Walking around the boardwalk afternoon or evening was full of surprises. We met wonderful people, tourists and locals. We would like to thank everyone for making our stay so comfortable (the master bdrm bed is terrific) including the front desk. Love the condo, love the view, love the pool, love the people, and love the marina area.

An amazing place - clean, peaceful, spacious and fun

After spending 6 days here, I just did not want to go home. Ever. The condo has an authentic Mexican feel, with tile floors and local arts & crafts decorations. The bedrooms are big, and there's a lots of room in the living areas and especially on the patio. The building has some fun restaurants and bars along the waterfront boardwalk, which looks out on the marina. And there are many more along that boardwalk, within a five minute walk. The pool is clean, big and sun-drenched all day (with lots of shaded areas when it gets too hot. The building staff give you excellent service and the place feels secure and peaceful. It was never crowded or busy, but it wasn't empty either - it left you with a nice overall feeling. I'd recommend this condo to my closest friends, and to everyone in my family.

The Perfect Escape

We have been to Mexico over 15 times between us and have done it all. All inclusive, crashing with friends, staying at another hotel, and this BY FAR was the best! You are RIGHT on the marina, right above the taxi stand (incase you want to go to town ($8CAD away) or to BEAUTIFUL Bucerias ($14CAD away). It is quiet, clean, and has all the comforts of home, and the grocery store is a 5 minute walk away. You would not believe the quality of produce there! DELICIOUS! We WILL be back as soon as our schedules allow, and will spend the next time there relaxing more by the wonderful pool. Pura Vida en Mexico!

Thanks for letting us stay at your condo. It was fantstic, the view of the marina was great. We really enjoyed sitting out therre watching the world go by . We played several rounds of golf, and being so close to the course was fantastic. The beds were fantastic! it was great to be able to put the kids to bed in the back rooms, and still be able to watch tv.

Guys, Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. You ahve done a great job on the renovations. That new roof with ceiling fan made it very comfortable to enjoy our meals outside, without deaing of the heat. Your beds truly were heavenly, I wanted to take ths sheets home with me. We are looking forward to returning next year!
