New! @V399 Romantic Zone, Los Muertos Beach

I just spent the month of July in Richard and Mike's new condo in Puerto Vallarta, and had a fantastic experience. I�ve traveled to PV many times, and this was by far the best place I�ve stayed in. The condo is in a GREAT location, in the heart of the Zona Romántica. There is an abundance of restaurant and nightlife options within a 5 minute walk. I ate a Joe Jacks Fish Shack several times, which is a 2 minute walk from the building (love the Nicoise Salad). Most of the gay bars and clubs are just a couple blocks away. I loved being able to walk three blocks to the frozen yogurt place right on the beach. There is a gym right around the corner. You can walk across the bridge to the malecón in about 10 minutes, where there is live entertainment at night, lots of people strolling, and even a Starbucks if you like. The condo itself is modern, spacious, bright and well equipped. In spite of being located in the heart of it all, it also felt very peaceful in the unit. I had the place to myself, but the living room sofa converts to a bed, and there are 2 full bathrooms, so you could easily fit 2-4 people. The wireless internet is fast and didn�t go down even once during my stay. The washer/dryer was super convenient to have, especially for my lengthy stay. There�s a flat screen TV with cable in both the living room and the bedroom. The air conditioning works great. The ice maker and filtered water system were much more convenient and inexpensive than having to buy bottled water all the time. Coffee maker was convenient. I LOVE the shower. The rooftop pool is as beautiful as the pictures indicate. I spent a lot of time there. It�s so peaceful and has 360 view PV mountains, ocean, downtown, cathedral. Just amazing! I did not use the Jacuzzi, but they look like they would be great for the cooler months at night. Richard and Mike were super attentive to my needs. They checked in periodically to make sure everything was going ok. A minor issue with the icemaker and the bathroom sink came up. They were so conscientious and apologetic and got the local staff to fix it asap. James, the property manager, could not have been nicer and more helpful, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. I had an incredibly fun and relaxing time in PV. I would ABSOLUTELY come back to Richard and Mike�s apartment. It was all I could ask for and it felt good to know the owners are conscientious and wanting a mutually beneficial experience.
