I just returned from a week in this condo, and I'm already trying to figure out when I can go back! The unit and the building look exactly as they did in the pictures. The unit has some features you might find in a high-end hotel but has the added benefit of being so comfortable that I felt as if I was staying at a friend's place. The courtyard outside of the unit's front door and the rooftop deck were perfect for relaxing, and I spent a great deal of time lounging in what I came to call my rooftop oasis. When I did venture out of the building, it was a short (and very safe) walk to the beach and to all of the excellent bars and restaurants in the Romantic Zone, many of which Regis had recommended. Speaking of the owner, I found him to be kind and attentive. When I emailed him about a minor concern during my stay, he immediately contacted the manager, who came by within the hour to address the issue. I would highly recommend this condo and fully intend to stay there again next time I'm in Puerto Vallarta.

For our condo manager James and I, your review translates into "misson accomplished" with wanting to make your stay a memorable and very positive experience. Oh by the way, we had our sound system "reset" by James and it is now back into service, thanks for letting us know it was somewhat quiet and guess what, James and I had to go back to the manual to figure out how to revive it out of some autoprotect or programmed sleep mode, technology !! Now we know how! About wanting to go back soon, our little place in the tropics can have this addictive effect, I certainly share the feeling and we hope to have you back soon in Casa Bugambilias !

I stayed at this luxurious condo from June 22 until July 3, 2012. The condo is relatively a new modern condominium and its location is perfectly situated in Puerto Vallarta Romantic Zone. The condominium is only a few blocks away from fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, and a wonderful bakery. The condo is fabulously appointed with modern top-of-the line appliances and comfortable furnishings that I would best describe as chic-comfortable. I felt completely at home as the condo was fully equipped with brand new kitchen appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, and everything you could possibly require for a comfortable stay. The king size bed is so comfortable and heavenly that I slept so soundly on my vacation. The condo came equipped with electronic windows shutter feature that completely block out sunlight and provided added privacy/security, which added peace of mind during my stay. I especially enjoyed the overhead rain showers in the on suite bedroom and guest bathroom. The on suite washer/dryer came very handy as I often needed laundering. The roof top terrance is simply divine; it is my oasis within paradise, as the designs is absolutely modern, contemporary and chic. I feel like I was spending most of my vacation at a spa or resort as the massive infinity pool, amenities, and lounge areas are beautifully appointed. In fact, I enjoy the roof top terrance so much that I hardly venture out to the beach. The roof top terrance was the icing on the cake, which made my vacation a wonderful spa like experiences. I would highly recommend this rental property as it provides 5 stars looks and feels, but without paying 5 stars prices.

Our trip to Puerto Vallarta to this resort to the beginning of the end was well organized eventhought our flight was late almost 2 hrs there was somebody out there with a sign to picked us up the management were with us all the way friendly we felt safe at the resort even walking downtown. We enjoyed the amenities of the 7th floor the pool did not smell chlorine the temperature was right the view on the Pacific ocean the mountains and downtown streets was spectacular a very well designed resort. The unit is nicely decorated clean well organized we felt like home. We would not hesitate to recommend family friends we were not dissapointed.

I'm not surprised to read that our property manager had her chauffeur service at the airport, signs up with your name, on time in the middle of the night, even after your flight had been delayed 2 hours, Lynda does go the extra mile to welcome our guests and provide on site assitance. Our rooftop terrace is indeed a pleasant surprise, you feel like you embrace all of Vallarta with its 360 degree views while enjoying a nice glass of wine and dip in a jacuzzi or the pool which you're right doesn't leave you with a chlorine scent. Sunsets are spectacular, mornings so peacefull, afternoons sunbathing or reading underneath a shaded pergola, and evening dips in the pool with its changing coloured lighting... priceless would'nt you agree.
