Ok friends, I looked at many places in Puerto Vallarta and this condo has one of the best views hands down! This condo is located in the beautiful community of Mismaloya in Puerto Vallarta.
The unit is a brand new one bedroom unit and is one the lower level and just steps away from the pool.
The bedroom is very unusual because it actually has part of the mountain protruding into the room for a very nice unusual look.
The condo is completely furnished with brand new furniture and appliances. Included are all cooking untensils, dinnerware, satelite TV with DVD/CD player with surround sound, small DVD/CD collection, games, telescope, iron, hairdryer and many more.
In addition, there is a very convenient taxi and bus service.

Condo sits on a mountain side overlooking the Banderas Bay and the jungles of Mismaloya where the movie "Predator" was filmed.

My condo is on the 6 floor (which is actually on the bottom floor and the 1st floor is ground level with the road). There are no elevators for the condo. Therefore, the condo is not suitable for handicap persons or elderly people with medical problems. My condo is also the closest to the pool and only steps away.
Personal pick-up service from the airport is available from the property manager for $100 USD round trip or $60 USD for one-way. Service is payable at time of service and notification to owner is require 48 hours prior to arrival.
In addition, now there is a grocery service available for your convenience. The cost is 100 pesos (less than $10 US dollars) plus a very welcome tip at your discretion. This is especially a great service for guests who decide not to have a rental car.
