A beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that has been fully remodeled to include all of the luxuries of home. Featuring a Shabby Chic living room, full kitchen with every amenity, washer & dryer, travertine bathrooms, living room and master bedroom open to huge balcony overlooking all of Banderas Bay, if you drop a baseball off the balcony it will land in the pool and if you toss it you will hit the beach, this is not a cheap Mexican rental but rather our 2nd home that we enjoy sharing with friends for their restfull, relaxing vacations in Puerto Vallarta! Punta Negra is a quiet enclave just a 5 minute cab ride south of Old Town or Romantic Zone. You can either drive, take a cab, or the bus into town just 6 km and enjoy all of the action with the best shops, restaurants, beaches, and culture, and then retreat back to your quiet relaxing beach hide away in time for floating in the water at sunset.
