Description of the Puerto Vallarta vacation home rental

This new,two story home contains large, airy rooms.

The ground floor has a garden and balcony with wonderful views of the neighborhood and the mountains beyond. There is a large kitchen, a double bed and a single bed.$500 per week, $1,800 per month. Available February 10, 2010.

The second floor has two large balconies, with a view of the Bay in the distance. There is a double bed, and a queen size
Bed that can be closed of with floor to ceiling draperies. There is an open kitchen. $600 per week, $2,000 per month.

Both floors contain Mexican furniture, original art, modern appliances and cable TV. Weekly linen and maid service is available. Both floors are quiet and secure.

Each floor is available separately. 50% deposit is required.

Two story home is near Rio Cuale in central Puerto Vallarta. Located just east of Gringo Gulch in Colonia El Calosa. The neighborhood has central square with a large church, shops, and a playground. There is also a soccer/basketball field. The Mexican neighborhood 15 minute walk to the PV central Zocolo, and 25 minute walk to Playa de los Muertos. There is a bus stop directly across the street. A central market area is 5 minutes away.
