Description of the Puerto Vallarta vacation home rental

This is a NEW PROPERTY for me, backed by 12 years of experience in renting homes in PV. Casa Rivera del Rio is a great home on the River in Puerto Vallarta between El Centro and Old Town. You can walk to everything in Vallarta. This beautifully remodeled home has three bedrooms and 4 baths and will sleep up to 10 in beds.
The home is furnished with beautiful furnishing from Mexico with a very eclectic mix of traditional and contemporary. If you are looking for a great vacation for your family or group of friends, this is the perfect home with lots of space and a great location in the heart of the "real" Puerto Vallarta.
At Casa Rivera del Rio you will experience Mexico. The home is located in a great family neighborhood on the river. In summer when the river is flowing you will see kids from the neighborhood playing in the river all day.
You can walk to the shops of Old Town and to the new Malecon in El Centro. There is no more perfect location if you want to know l Puerto Vallarta.
Casa Rivera del Rio has two bedrooms on the main levels. In the lower level there is a spacious room with two queen beds that's perfect for a group of friends or kids. There is an additional twin trundle allowing the home to sleep 10 comfortably in beds.
The property just started to rent in November of 2011. I have 12 years experience in renting properties here in Puerto Vallarta and have a great reputation of providing beautifully designed homes, well maintained properties, great service and a very friendly and helpful staff to take care of your needs.
