Description of the Puerto Vallarta vacation townhouse rental
Enjoy a beautiful 2300 square foot 5 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse with its own private heated swimming pool. There are two large terraces for sunning and relaxing. It is built in the "old Vallarta" style with brick, stone, and stucco. It even has a fireplace in the living room. Most of the rooms have beamed ceilings. The kitchen and baths have fantastic old Mexican talavera tile. It is a very unique property.
The house has a funicular (outside elevator)that delivers you to the main gate to the house from one of the two parking lots at street levels. Opening the large wooden door you enter the pool and terrace areas with fantastic views of the bay. On the first floor there is a living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and bath, half bath and utility room. The master bedroom opens onto the main floor terrace. The second floor has 4 bedrooms with two baths. One bedroom has the bathroom ensuite. The other three share one bath. Each bedroom is unique in its decor. There is a shared terrace overlooking the bay between two bedrooms.
Outdoor table seating is available for ten persons, so have your meals outside and enjoy the bay view.
There are three king beds and two sets of twin beds in the bedrooms.
Maid service is provided six days per week with exception of National holidays. A cook can provided at an additional charge.
To further enhance your experience "spa services" are available at an additional charge. This is for both men and women. Massages, hair styling, haircuts, pedicures, manicures and facials are available at a reasonable charge. This may be arranged in advance or when you arrive.
If you would like someone to pick you up at the airport, a driver will drive you. The charge is $30 for up to seven persons and $60 for eight to fourteen persons.
