Description of the Puerto Vallarta vacation townhouse rental

7 Bedroom 9 Bath Villa on the water in Marina Vallarta with two private pools as well as a large community pool in exclusive Isla Iguana. The community pool also has a large Palapa for entertaining and a small childrens pool along with a beautiful large pool.

There are two brand new flat screen tv's with cable, WiFi, golf cart service to help you to your villa.

The villas are two townhomes which are connected by a door. One is 3 bedrooms 4 baths and one is 4 bedrooms 5 baths. You may rent them together or separately.

Area Description

Marina Vallarta has lots of restaurants, bars, shops and art galleries. You can arrange boating and fishing trips in the Marina. Old Town and The Malecon is a short taxi ride.

We lived here for a full year prior to it becoming a rental. 4 years ago my girlfriend and I pulled into Hermosa in a U-Haul from Pittsburgh and were living in the Holiday Inn for a few days until Sim accepted a laptop as collateral until our out-of-state checks cleared and allowed us to move in...Unheard of in Hermosa Beach!!!Great times, great place, great location, and great owner...Don't hesitate...Sim does things right and I can vouch for quality appliances especially the reverse osmosis water filtration system. Have fun.

Great Hermosa Beach rental!, March 25, 2008

The vacation rental that I got was absolutely perfect. I was in search of a place to stay in Hermosa Beach, Ca that had more room than a hotel room would have for four people. The rental was clean, the owners were nice, it was close to the beach and the downtown area, and it was everything that they said it would be. Being that I live in Massachusetts, I wasn't able to view the place before we came. The owners were more than accomadating to make sure that I felt comfortable with the situation. They even offered to have a friend of mine go look at the place so I would know that the rental was everything it was said to be. Over all my stay in Hermosa was so enjoyable, and the rental home had a lot to do with how happy we all were.
