Villa Las Palmeras is a gorgeous five-level, 12 bedroom Puerto Vallarta Villa with spectacular views of Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta from everywhere among the 18,000 square feet of this ideal vacation villa. This vacation rental comes complete with 300 degree peak-point views, large pool, air conditioning, CD sound system, satellite TV, VCR, DVD, Cantera stone flooring, white marble showers, and a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen. The rooftop palapa bar terrace gives you an ample 25 X 45 terrace for weddings, receptions, or your family's reunion or special event.
The Villa is tucked away in the hillside among lush surroundings, yet only minutes away from Restaurant Row and nearby beaches. The Villa is a five minute walk to the best of Puerto Vallarta, the "Romantic Zone", where restaurants, clubs, outdoor cafes, and cobblestone streets welcome you.
The bedrooms were designed so that every bedroom, while fully private, has an open-air panoramic view of the Bay of Banderas. Ten of the twelve bedrooms can be closed off with sliding glass doors and come with air-conditioning. Every bedroom comes with old-fashioned armoires, plenty of space, ceiling fans, and bathrooms.
Guests can eat right at the table for casual lunches or late night chats, and is readily accessible to the pool. The living area is open and spacious, lending itself nicely for entertainment as well as family-style gatherings.
This Puerto Vallarta villa rental comes with houseman, daily maid service, and a cook on the premises, available at your request. It also has a large basketball court and 15 car parking (good for reunions and family functions of all kinds). We are a five minute walk to the best of Puerto Vallarta, the Romantic Zone and Restaurant Row, as well as a short walk to the beaches. There is golf, fishing, shopping, horsebackriding on the beach, as well as a wonderful, exciting "Zipline" for the kids (and the adults!) It has a selection of six different levels, with heights as high as 100 feet high. A wonderful Water Park is also a short drive away, filled with exciting and looping tubes, slides, and mini-pools for the little ones.

- Other Fees: $70.00 cook charge for the group (up to 14 people, $5.00 for every extra person) plus the cost of the groceries.

...My wife and I could not imagine a better place for our wedding no matter the budget. We had guests fly in from four continents for the occasion and all agreed that there is no better place to sooth jet lag using the huge luxury villa to their very needs. The staff was helpful, but not intrusive. Having the best of Puerto Vallarta minutes away, this property offers convenience to everything one might desire, yet complete seclusion and privacy.
Management, Gary Hershberger, was foremost professional and even more importantly, accommodating to all our requests no matter how demanding they were. Villa Las Palmeras is a masterpiece of luxury property and professional service. This is the only property I would use in Mexico for a corporate retreat, wedding or family vacation.
My sincere thanks to Mr. Hershberger and the staff of Villa Las Palmeras for an unforgettable week of pure bliss and relaxation.

Our family, including 3 small grandchildren and 7 adults had a wonderful time at the Villa Las Palmeras last winter. In fact, we are coming back again this year! The entire staff was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. It was great having someone to make meals for us, and the food was delicious. It is a beautiful property, and is just the right distance from town - not too close, not too far. The ocean is just a few blocks away. We all loved the open concept of the house and the fantastic views from the verandas. We would definitely recommend the Villa Las Palmeras to any size group or family.

We arrived safely to the villa on Dec 13th and had the MOST enjoyable time. The home is beautiful, the staff was exceptional ! ! They did everything to help us with all our needs. I wish we would of had more time there. If nothing else but to have more time to eat at the villa, the cook prepared great food !
