Description of the Puerto Vallarta vacation villa rental
CASA CONCHA IS ABOUT A HALF MILE FROM THE TOWN AND 3 BLOCKS TO THE BEACH, SO YOU DO NOT NEED Taxis are cheap and I am in their computer so all you have to do is call and give them the name of the villa and they are there in 5 minutes.
Or you can walk to the beach along a beach road that also takes you to shops, restaurants, markets. Casa Concha is on 3 levels, on the first level is the library with large tv phone stereo, bookcase with many books, games. The living room faces the ocean with a huge ocean view, also views from the kitchen, dining area, pool, patio, all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a full bathroom on this level. The dining area seats 8 to 10. The kitchen has a large frig with ice maker, gas oven and stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, disposal, coffee pot, and anything you might also need. The pool has a swim up bar with 2 bar stools, a large patio with built in barbeque and lounge chairs. There is also a washer dryer ironing board iron and a large pantry. On the second level are two of the 3 bedrooms, both with kingsize beds, en-suite bathrooms, and large bathtubs and decks. The larger of the two has a foldout sofa and intrernet, phone. On the 3rd level is the 3rd bedroom with kingsize canopy bed, en-suite bedroom large patio with huge potted plants and 6 lounge chairs.
also: security gate-air conditioning in the bedrooms, fans in the rest of the villa-pure water system througout-gardner-professional pool service-manager-maid and so much more.
Area Description
we are in the nicest area in Puerto Vallarta, Conchas Chinas
considered the gold coast Close to town and beaches 20 minutes from the airport and close to old town and Los Meurtos beach. Also we are very lucky to be close to "restaurant row" where there are 4 blocks of the best restaurants in town.
