Beautifully furnished, this 8,000 sq ft, open and airy luxury villa is located on a private sandy beach on the prestigious South Shore, just two miles south of town. The 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms en-suite that will sleep 8 are restful retreats with terraces overlooking the ocean. The 5th bedroom garden casita that sleeps 2 additional persons. Guests can enjoy the ambience and privacy of this beautiful villa with all the creature comforts they could want.
The villa is impeccably managed and maintained by Juan, the exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable English-speaking manager who oversees the staff of four. They will service you with warm Mexican hospitality 6 days a week and you are assured of eating well with the chef 's gourmet cuisine. The maids will do guests personal laundry if requested. For those special celebrations Juan can arrange birthday cakes, flowers, Mariachi, manicures/pedicures, massages and more. With everything taken care of, guests are liberated to pursue the good life.
The heated infinity pool offers wonderful views of the ocean just steps from the private sandy beach where guests can play and enjoy swimming, snorkeling, BBQ and candle light dinner. Charter Juan 's boat for a fishing trip, he 's an excellent captain and knows all the best spots. If you want to scuba, water ski or jet ski we can arrange pickup by boat from our beach. Golf, tennis and family-fun activities are within a short drive. There is a new on-site gym, DSL Internet access, satellite TV, purified water and more.
Casa Salinas II with its 5 spacious bedrooms that sleep 10 offers an ideal setting for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation, family gatherings, and other celebrations. For weddings and larger groups, book both Casa Salinas II and Casa Salinas 1 its equally as charming 5-bedroom partner next door, for a total of 10 bedrooms that sleep 20. Children are welcome; childcare can be arranged cribs and highchairs are available.
Close by in the town of Puerto Vallarta, with its cobblestone streets and known for its art and many galleries, you will find excellent restaurants, cafes and shops combined with Old Mexico charm. Stroll the Malecon the waterfront promenade with its interesting shops, galleries, live entertainment, see the amazing sand sculptures, and enjoy the plentiful nightlife.

There are so many areas to entertain at these villas, that our wedding planner was able to pull off three completely separate and unique events: an intimate wedding ceremony at Casa Salinas I, a casual cocktail party on the beach and a dazzling reception at Casa Salinas II. Our breath was taken away from the moment the richly carved doors of Casa Salinas I opened on to the ceremony until the last maraca-shaking guest left the dance floor at Casa Salinas II.

I have been a guest at your Casa Salinas for many years. During my various visits, it feels like my own residence. Teaming up with friends turns it into a week of laughter, love and many good memories. Because of its privacy, it feels as though we are in our own little world. We are treated to gourmet meals at breakfast and dinner, and ever-changing afternoon treats with our drinks. Nowhere else have I had such wonderful bloody Mary’s, Pina Colada’s and Margaritas. We spend the time in or around the pool, chatting with our friends or enjoying quiet time alone, shopping for gifts in town, or cruising the coastline in Juan’s boat. The staff has become an extension of our family. They are the best! The comfort of the accommodations, great weather, and attention when we want it, all combine to provide an unbeatable vacation.
