Situated in the heights of Conchas Chinas with a spectacular view overlooking Bay of Banderas. 35 foot heated infinity pool overlooking bay. Large entry courtyard adjacent cantera columned loggia with beamed ceilings. Large living room and dining room opening to view of bay, large courtyard, and smaller patio-fountain. Brick-stone path from loggia/courtyard leads to garden below. Large master bedroom suite with Jacuzzi and view. All bedrooms and baths with dramatic vista of the ocean. All bedrooms air conditioned(remote control). All bedrooms with kingsized beds---two bedrooms also have an additional daybed. Unique Mexican colonial brick ceilings of dining room, kitchen, and stairway. Decor combines Mexican colonial antiques with local folk crafts. Full staff---maid, gardener, and cook. 5 minutes from beach, 7 minutes from downtown.
