Welcoming you to our beautiful vacation home is a 'story book' cobble stone road on the south shore of upper Conchas Chinas. The home features luxury, privacy and unlimited views. The gated community known as Real de Amapas is serviced by a European style tram, 24 hour guard service, and secured covered parking at street level on a private cul-de-sac.
Villa Horizonte Azul (Blue Horizon) showcases large terraces and an infinity pool in a lush tropical setting. In the quietness of the evening, the distant sound of the surf, the breeze off the ocean, the smell of the jungle and the moon rising offer a unique romantic experience.
The home is architecturally designed taking advantage of the ocean and jungle views. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a powder room on the main level. The luxurious design of the upper level master suite encompasses a 270 degree view, 144 sf walk-in closet, a private Jacuzzi tub, king size bed and a private terrace (310 square feet) - all of which will make you feel spoiled! The lower level is finished with 2 bedrooms, each of which has Juliet balconies and views of the ocean. The main entry level separates the sleeping quarters and includes a gourmet kitchen, formal eating area, and living room. This level adjoins to an open air plus covered terrace and seating area which are adjacent to the private pool.
